The food is always consistently good! We come every other sunday and our waitress remembers what we like to get :) Very friendly staff that appear to get along well. Kudos to Mandy for always smiling, checking on us, and making us feel welcomed and remembered! :)

Just had a great experience at IHOP! Mandy was our server and provided excellent service from start to finish. She was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire visit. The food was delicious, everything came out fresh and exactly as ordered, and the whole visit was smooth and enjoyable. The Dubai milkshake was amazing! Great food, great service, great overall experience. Thank you Mandy! Highly recommend!!

My waitress was friendly and very attentive. The food was very good. Got the senior special?- 2eggs, 2 sausage, 2 pancakes $7.00. Great meal for a senior on fixed income. Recommend it to all. It was very clean inside.

I do miss the gluten free pancakes but the omelets with shell cracked eggs are pretty good, as are the hash browns.

Came here for a quick breakfast and our server Mandy was phenomenal. Greeted us right when we were sat, quick service, and the food was great. Definitely recommend the breakfast crepes

I liked it my pancakes were slow to get to the table I finished my eggs and hash browns before the even arrived it was like a 2nd course witch was odd but food was good.

Breakfast was kinda like ordered, eggs not solid, bacon not cooked well. People walked in and were seating themselves. The restaurant was staffed.

Met a buddy for a late lunch yesterday, Tuesday as we both commented .... don't know when I last had IHOP? I had chose it for lunch recalling they served a normal menu and not just breakfast options. We both opted for the Chicken Sandwich w fries; him for fried chicken and I for grilled. I hadn't read the description closely so it was a wonderful surprise to not just see avocado but a generous portion of avocado on the plate! There was one other table of two when we arrived but by the time our food came we were the only customers so we had our servers full attention....thus we decided we better hold off on catching up until after we order since he had come by our table twice before we were ready to order. Sorry and thank you for being so attentive. Our food was out quickly and twice while eating he came out to ask if we needed anything or Pepsi refills? Our server was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and the atmosphere welcoming. We will likely lunch here again, thanks IHOP for a good meal served w good service.

Took quite awhile to have someone seat us. Ordered the Poblano Benedict only to find out there were no English Muffins. However, the biscuit substitute was actually very good! Great tender, flavorful, and juicy beef with nice and crispy hash browns. Loved that they were browned on both sides. My Breakfast Burrito was HUGE and was well stuffed with eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Great BOGO coupon special will likely have us returning to sample more of the menu. Burgers turned out to be flavorful but, overcooked and dry. Was far more bun than burger. The fried cheese was a nice touch. However, it exacerbated the burger's dryness due to the lack of moisture. Fries were extremely tasty, well seasoned and crisp. I elected to have pancakes and was happy they were light and airy! Would definitely return for breakfast but, we'll pass on burgers next time. Colorado Omelettes are very tasty with large pieces of beef, bacon, ham, AND sausage! Was one of the best Omelettes I've had in awhile. Excellent job on the Breakfast Sampler too. Really was a bit of everything there. Was a very fast, delicious breakfast!
