I mean as far as Ihop's go it's one of the better ones I've been to. Weve been eating here for a couple of years because my daughter loves it for a breakfast treat. Every experience hasn't been perfect but my expectation arnt unrealistic either. It's decent pancakes with decent service for a decent price. Im happy with that and this location has consistently met my expectations.

Newer IHOP location, great server. It was late at night on a weeknight so the place was virtually empty but still a nice, clean and modern atmosphere

We had one of the best experiences all because of our server Jerica. She made us feel so welcome. She was knowledgeable about the menu and brought our food and drinks in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back soon. Also if you are ever in the area I would ask for her!

Kristine was a very good server. I ordered the ultimate breakfast and it was amazing. I even asked for chopped jalapeños and I got them. The meal came out hot and in a timely manner. The manager (Jesse) even came by our table to ask if everything was ok. I will recommend this I-HOP because you will not be disappointed. Two thumbs up 👍 👍
