I've visited this IHOP a few times in the past and I must say this last visit was the best! Whatever changes were made has resulted in quite an improvement! We had a group of 21 for a homeschool luncheon (8 adults and 13 children) and our waitress, Adrienne, did such a great job in the service she provided. She was kind, patient, and quick. She made sure eveyone had everything they needed. Out of 21 people there was only a slight mix up with two orders due to a temporary internet outage, but she quickly made sure the issue was resolved. Our meals came out quickly and the food was delicious and hot. So kuddos to the kitchen staff and the other 2 waitresses that assisted in serving our food as well.

This was our Daddo's favorite place to go, so we keep goin to remember him n his funny jokes n conversation. The food is good n the service is always great, the wait staff are always pleasant and willing to help each other out, that's wat I see wen I'm there teamwork, just friendly people working, if u been to this one it's always busy cause it's clean n the wait staff are awesome, n the food is correct.

Had a really great experience at IHOP! The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what you expect when you’re craving a solid breakfast (those pancakes never disappoint). The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. It’s a perfect spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a long, easy meal. Definitely coming back again!

Unlike the Applebee's down from it, this IHOP location has you sat, ordered and fed on a full day within 30minutes or less. This is one of my favorite locations to eat right after a play date with the kids at knightdale Station Park. Severs are sweet, they check on you and accommodate without being asked. You won't find the manager standing around because they're actually working, it was refreshing when I heard them ask a server if they needed anything. The bathrooms were clean. The coffee could use some work but overall this is my go to location for waffles.

IHOP is ALWAYS a Great spot for breakfast food. The menu is like a decorated wonderland of Breakfast Goodies that any child or Adult will appreciate. I love their frenchtoast, since it's fluffy and you get your money worth, as well as their multiple flavors of pancakes and eggs Sunny-side UP if you wish. Their drinks can be tailored also. Great experience always.

Repost from my old account: My parents and I had the most wonderful experience here today! The waiter Joshua was so sweet and friendly. He was a delight to chat to, and his service was very excellent. Joshua’s service was the best service I’ve ever had! He made us feel welcome and we had a very positive experience eating here. He is so polite! We will definitely return sometime in the future. The food is really delicious too! I recommend the hash browns and the pumpkin spice pancakes.

This is one of the best iHops in the RDU area. The service is always great and the food is delicious and fresh. My family and I come about twice a month or so and everything is always consistently great: service and food alike. Our server, Kira is AMAZING. She is always so kind and friendly, welcoming and attentive. She is like a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service front facing roles. It was touching that she remembered our names and our drink orders. She is patient and informative, too. My family sometimes can get caught up in conversation and we forget to look at the menu so often we need more time deciding our orders. Instead of getting frustrated or impatient, Kira is aware and understanding. She is a great communicator as well. Letting us know that she’ll be back, after checking on other tables and customers, giving us more time to think and that she’s open to answering any questions we may have upon her return. Kira knowledge of the menu and always willing to offer suggestions or if you have dietary restrictions/modifications she is helpful in offering alternatives and suggestions. Ask for Kira if you ever get the chance to dine here! The other staff and management are also friendly and welcoming. An overall great experience each time.

After a few days of snow, we had to venture out for mandatory from home. Restaurants were closing to allow their workers safe travels home and some were short workers because the side roads arent all cleared. We truly we arrived at IHOP at the right time, with a great hostess, waitress, and cook. The restroom was absolutely clean and fresh smelling. The restaurant was clean. The waitress swiftly came with a smile and a pleasant and professional character. Keirra was a joy to have. We ordered chicken Florentine Crepe. It was the BEST!!! Flavors complemented one another. The portion size was great. Husband ordered bottomless pancakes with eggs and turkey sausage. . Keirra made sure our beverages never were low. We hadn't been to IHOP in over a year and this encouraged us to return, when we can. This location is now a 24 hour site. Thanks. L&K Thompson

The food is good service is good atmosphere is good the only thing I don't like is the fact that they took the ham and egg melt off of the menu and used to we could get the waiter and waitresses to order it special but now nobody wants to accommodate us and me and my wife used to get it all the time ! If someone that makes decisions would bring the ham and egg melt back it would be greatly appreciated thank you for listening !
