Had a great experience at the Bellevue Location! Food was amazing by a brand new cook named Kevin C! Jesus was another cook who did amazing on my wife’s meal and Izabella gave tremendous customer service the entire time. The manager Dana also came over and made the experience even more memorable by her amazing energy and excellent service! I will be coming to this location more so than any of the others just because of the crew here! Thank you guys!

Food and service was very good The only bad thing is, I walk with a cane and the bathroom floor was sopping wet. I almost went flying. You can see how it is always so wet that the floor boards are buckling and you can hear and feel the water underneath. Maybe someone doesn’t ring out the mop when mopping. But it’s very slippery and dangerous.

I was here with my wife and her two sisters. Betzy was our server. She was a true delight. She was not only quick and efficient, she was cordial and really seemed to care about her dining experience. Although our family has always enjoyed going to IHOP Betzy made it a truly pleasurable experience.

I stopped by IHOP on International Pancake Day and had a really good experience overall. I ordered the veggie omelette, and it was excellent—fresh, flavourful, and cooked just right. The mushrooms were too notch. Since it was the pancake day, I also had a short stack of pancakes. They were just a touch dry, but still tasty and enjoyable. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, especially considering how busy it was with people coming in for their free pancakes. The bathrooms could have used a little extra attention, but nothing major. Our waiter, Fernando, really stood out. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything I ordered came out right. Even though the wait for food was a bit longer than usual due to the crowd, the service stayed positive and professional. Overall, it was a good visit, and I’d definitely go back again.
