Visited on April 23rd 2026 as a group of 4 visiting from the UK. We had the pleasure of being served by Jazmir P. Jazmir was very attentive and recommended some dishes off the menu and made sure we were topped up with coffee with all the different creamer options. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was exactly what we needed after a long work week and ahead of our long journey back to the UK later that day. I would definitely return if the option arises. We love coming to this location. The kitchen staff always knows how to make our meal substitutions taste fantastic whether you come during day or at night. Our server, Raven, was so kind and diligent.

I visited this location one morning and while I was there waiting for my food I noticed one of the server/waiter, (not mine) who was very pleasant, friendly yet professional and attentive to all her customers. I had to call her over and complimented her on the wonderful job she was doing. Even though she was not attending to me, she came over bursting with laughter and was very pleasant to me. Jazmir/Jazzy please continue to put a smile on your customers face. I can tell you truly care about customers having a great experience. It was a breath of fresh air watching you interact with your customers and even me who wasn’t. Thank you! Oh I gave 4 stars because while Jazzy was so attentive to her customers I waited a long while before the supervisor had to come over and take my order 🤣

The young lady at the front/ short black girl was amazing- she was doing everything. Waiting tables, cleaning, seating patrons, etc. the other young girls who seemed new were not ready to work. First we were taken to a seating area where the seat had a huge hole in it. While the place was somewhat empty. Then the young lady at the front had to beg these girls to clean the table and chairs which were clearly dirty. When I was leaving I gave her a tip! Service was quick but once the waitress served us she never returned. This ihop has potential but management needs more structure.

Karen was our server and she did an amazing job ! She was very friendly, attentive , and made sure everything was perfect. Her service made our experience even better. Definitely ask for Karen when you come, we will be back !
