She checked in at exactly the right moments, never making us feel overlooked, but never interrupting a good conversation either. That balance is surprisingly hard to get right, and Sophie nailed it effortlessly. She has a natural ability to make you feel welcome the second you walk in, and that energy stayed consistent throughout our entire visit. In a world where good service can be hard to come by, Sophie is a reminder of what it looks like when someone truly takes pride in what they do. This was the nicest IHOP I’ve ever been to. I was impressed with the level of customer service and communication from the team. Corvinia was friendly and efficient; such a winning combo in a server! The hostess even offered my kiddo a lollipop on the way out!

Friendly waitstaff! Food was good! Kids get a crayon and a fun activity sheet. Only downside is, only the woman's bathroom has a changing station for diapers... so if you're a dad that wants to take your kids out, better hope you dont need a diaper change!

This is my go to after the gym! They know me personally and they always take care of me. It can get a but crowded but the wait time is usually 10-15 minutes. Trust me it's worth it. Staff is great. Food is fantastic. The price is spot on. If you're in the neighborhood stop by, you won't be disappointed.

This is the best Ihop in queens, the food is good because they have an excellent chef, the service is excellent because the waitresses are attentive, I've eaten at the Ihop on Hillside Ave.the one on Liberty Ave and the one in Springfield and neither of them can hold a candle to the Ihop in 5 Town, even with the turnover of staff they're still the best 👌🏾

I LOVEEEE this location! When me and my husband go, I feel so away from home. The Music sets the tone which is quiet, Relaxed, food is 10/10. I HIGHLY recommend! This location is WAYYY better than Springfield 🤢. (Sorry Rosedale.. I cheated on you with Springfield 🫩 it was only one time I promise!) This ihop is My Go-To location!
