02/14/2026 - First time visiting this IHOP and spent Valentine’s Day here with my family. This IHOP offers a modern decor with a slight change to their usual color palette. The seating at this IHOP is comfortable. I ordered their Breakfast Sampler with bacon, eggs, French toast, hash browns, pancakes with bananas and strawberries, sausage links, and their coffee. Everything tasted fresh and was delicious. The service was stellar. Parking out front. Decent prices.

Chloe was the waitress. I usually don't remember the name of the waitress at other places. But she delivered phenomenal service. Kept the conversation light, joked a bit and made sure food was out within a good timely manner. Definitely better than most experiences I've had in the past.

I have been to this location about 3 times in the last month and I'm so impressed. The staff are so nice and efficient. The food came out quick and the waitress always came back to check on us. Today we were in and out in less than an hour and our food only took about 10 minutes to come out. Janet was great. Thank you. We will return soon.
