Our wait staff was absolutely AMAZING! And then, when speaking with his manager about how wonderful he had done, she informed about the discrimination he has endured. So sad, actually RIDICULOUS. 😒 And NOT from customers, but from other employees!! SO RIDICULOUS!!

Today, I ordered online for pick up. I managed to mess up the pick up location. I went to the Ihop I thought I ordered from. The hostess Kristen waa so amazingly helpful with this she helped me with finding out what I needed to do to fix the mistake. The general manage Truaten made sure we were taken care of as well in spite of this mix. I whole heartedly suggest this Ihop to anyone. Thanks again to Kristen and Tristen for making this experience much easier then it could have been!

Brandie made this place feel so mlwarm and inviting. All I hope food is the same but that happens with chain restaurants. Its the service that makes or breaks it. And for me brandie's service is why I would come back here.

Called to place a pickup order. Spoke with Amanda who was wonderful. It was after 11:30pm and they close at midnight. I thought they were open 24 hours but sadly they haven’t been able to go back to that since COVID! Not enough business. I was surprised by that. Massillon we need to do better with shopping and eating LOCAL! Amanda assured me it wasn’t too late to order and was more than happy to take care of me. Simply great customer service. Especially for someone who was so close to going home. I got a BLT with fries and it was delicious!

Marshon and Jeff were absolutely amazing! The service and food was phenomenal even when we came strolling in a half hour before they closed. They served us with smiles on their faces going above and beyond and not once seemed bothered. 100% recommend going in to see them! Thank you both!

The server Nikita was doing it all. Seating customers, taking orders, serving the food and condiments, bussing,getting the drinks, and checking us out. This young lady deserves a RAISE! She did everything to make our dining experience enjoyable, and she's a great multi tasker too! She even got me hot sauce when I asked her too, as busy as she was! I would suggest hiring more staff. Overall great experience!
