POV: 2 people Late afternoon, early evening. I ordered 55+ sampler = too much butter for the eggs! The rest of the meal was fine. 1 order of 55+ shrimp = all fine. Chris & Luke were very attentive. (We were the only customers lol) Parking is adequate with handicap parking. Large restaurant with plenty of seating.

IHOP is always a solid choice when you’re hungry and want a good, no-nonsense meal. Staff is friendly, service is quick, and the food comes out the way you expect it. My go-to is the Split Decision—hard to beat. You get French toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage all in one plate. It’s basically everything you want without having to choose. I drink my coffee black, and theirs actually has good flavor—not watered down like some places. Plus, this store is super clean, which goes a long way. Good food, good portions, and you never leave hungry. I’ll keep coming back.

For an American coffee shop, I give them a 9/10. If you like steak and eggs, try their Tri-tips and eggs. It's excellent. Tender and flavorful. The being your core in a little insulated pot, so you can keep your cup warm. The servers are friendly and the pricing is reasonable.

The service at this IHOP is truly on top of it. Fast, seating, quick turn around on refreshments. Waitress was very kind and took my order swiftly. The food came to my table steaming hot. Just how I like my pancakes...Hot to melt the butter. Thank you again. A happy customer with full belly will come back time and time again. Thank you!

I bring my developmentally disabled buddy here often. The staff always takes extra effort to make him feel special and welcome. It is nice for me as his helper to know of a place where I can count on the staff to acknowledge him, which is what he needs most in life, but I am equally fortunate that the other dinners that frequent this establishment are kind people who will at times stop by and say hi to my buddy. An environment of tolerance and kindness.

I don't tend to go to to restaurants like this often, but my brother-in-law really wanted to. It was surprisingly clean and quiet, and the server was incredible. Large servings and the food was good.
