This fried chicken salad cannot be beat. It has everything you could think of. So good. Their variety of beverages covers everybody's tastes. Their always coming out with new dishes. We are always asked if everything is all right. We like the individual coffee pots at the table. Our wait staff and manager always has a smile and greets you like a friend.

I NEED to tell someone about Darren; the waiter we had on our April 8th visit. Scene: Darren was the only waiter on duty due to an employee call-out, although not packed the place was relatively busy; the couple behind us was being a “KAREN” and it turned out they didn’t read the menu correctly and Karen wanted the order fixed. Through ALL of this your employee,Darren, kept his composure, his professionalism and his smile. His attire was quite pleasing and he reminded me of Freddie Mercury. Please, do something above and beyond recognition for this asset, as Darren is the reason we returned today. And again we received great service with Carly today. Please note that I’m older now and I HATE doing anything online or with anything that needs a password BUT I feel that Darren deserves my efforts to get the word up the chain. Sincerely, Tinna

we knew Mr Thomas from Coburg Crossing and was soooo happy to see him at IHop. He is a fantastic manager and hard worker. this restaurant was very clean and wait staff was smiling and very efficient. thank you

One would think all IHOPs are the same, but this one is different in the best way possible! The food is amazing and the service is extremely friendly. It feels more like a family owned and run restaurant than a franchise for sure. Will keep stopping here on my long I5 trips!

This specific Ihop is the location I keep returning to with my family. The manager, Thomas has noticed how often we dine. And welcomes us every time. Today, the restaurant was absolutely packed. Our sever, Darren, worked tirelessly to make sure that our table ( And several around it) were taken care of in a timely manner. If I could rate hire, I would. Absolutely amazing service!

I visit the Gateway IHOP frequently with Rob, a developmentally disabled man I support, and I cannot speak highly enough of this location. We eat here all the time, because the food is great and the staff is incredibly accommodating. I want to give a special shout out to the General Manager, Thomas. He and his team consistently take the extra time to acknowledge Rob and make him feel genuinely welcome and happy. As his helper, finding a place where we can count on such an inclusive, kind, and tolerant environment means the world to us. It is exactly what he needs, and we are so grateful for the consistent kindness. Truly a stellar team running a wonderful establishment.
