Had a wonderful experience at IHOP on Lancaster Dr. in Salem! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect from a great breakfast spot. The pancakes were delicious, and everything arrived quickly. Our server was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Great customer service can make all the difference, and they truly made our visit enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great breakfast, lunch, or dinner with excellent service, I highly recommend IHOP on Lancaster Dr. We’ll definitely be back!

My partner and I had a great time at the South Salem IHOP. The service was exceptional by Lynn. We met the manager Martin also who was very professional and friendly. We love our local IHOP.

Our server Desiree was absolutely fantastic. She tended to all our needs, was very personable, and a complete joy to have interacted with. Our food was fast, hot, and totally delicious. The coffee is a few notches above regular coffee. I saw other employees interacting with customers, which a few were obviously regulars which speaks highly of a business to have "regulars" in this economy. The food was modestly priced and we were actually able to enjoy the senior discount ot half priced entree with the full price purchase of an entree and 2 beverages. I had chicken fried steak amd my wife had the protein pancake combo with 2 coffees Total spent $38 Will definitely return.

I'm continuously impressed with this restaurant. I've tried almost every breakfast option in Salem and this IHOP is the most consistent and reliable. Daniel is the best server but almost every server there goes above and beyond to make your breakfast a great experience. The food has become more expensive and the rewards program is not really great anymore sadly

We all had great cheeseburgers with fries. Alex was our server and he did a fabulous job. He was friendly he was funny he was fun. I highly recommend Alex as your server and the cheeseburgers as a perfect menu choice. A great dining experience. We will be back.

Or meals were delicious. And the establishment was very clean. The hostess was very polite and friendly and seated is very quickly. And we were blessed with the best waiter, Alex. He was an amazing server with great customer service. He kept is laughing and was very attentive. He absolutely made the visit memorable and very enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back in the hopes that Alex will be our server again. Thank you Alex and thank you Ihop for a great lunch.

Decided to try this IHOP after a 13hour overnight shift.. It was a great decision. The chefs made a delicious tasting breakfast. I get the same items from other IHOPs around the country and this one stood out on top of the rest. I believe Katelyn was my waitress, she was fantastic and deserves a raise. I’ll be coming back for more.

I was there Wednrsday evening, April 22, 2026 around 4:00 pm at the IHOPZ on Lancaster Drive NE in Salem, Oregon.. I had eggs, bacon, and blueberry waffles. went with a friend on February 22, 2026 around 10 am. To the IHOP on Lanaster Drive NE, Salem, Oregon. It wasn't bust, so I didnt have to wait for a table. All tasted very delicious!!! Bravo IHOP!!!!!

I was in there friday april 17. I went in alone. Was watching the servers doing there jobs minimally, saw the lady who sat me, Natasha was her name maybe natalia, but she was doing so much and moving so quick with ease. If you had move wotkers like her, id come more often. She had a greeting smile, worked her tail off and was extremely kind! She also refilled my soda even when my server didnt. Kudos to natasha/natalia.
