Ihop keeps chugging along! The breakfast I had was the regular American fare--sunny side up eggs, potato fries and smoked sausage. Although the smoked sausage was dry and extra salty, the potatoes and eggs were cooked properly. The potatoes were actually excellent with light crip exterior and fluffy which they were probably as good as anywhere else. The coffee served in small carafe was typical of American diner coffee. There were four variations of pancake syrups--Strawberry, blueberry, something pecan, and regular they all no doubt start from the same batch of syrup. The pancakes were nice and fluffy and cooked properly.

We had a really good experience at IHOP. My kids’ dad and I were having a deep and somewhat intense conversation, and although everything was okay, Amber — the assistant manager — was incredibly observant, kind, and gracious. She checked on us with genuine care and even asked if we needed a hug. That level of compassion and attentiveness really stood out to me. She handled the situation with professionalism and warmth, and it made a lasting impression. I would absolutely recommend Amber as an assistant manager and appreciate the kindness she showed our family.

We stopped by IHOP on 3/28 on our way back from Lincoln City, arriving about 30 minutes before closing. We were a group of 7, including kids, and honestly expected it might be too late—but instead, we experienced some of the best service we’ve had in a long time. Even though the team was getting ready to close, our waitress went above and beyond to welcome us. The moment she realized we were a larger group with kids, she didn’t hesitate—she made an exception, treated us with kindness, and made us feel completely comfortable. She was incredibly patient, especially with the kids, attentive to every detail, and kept a warm, positive attitude the entire time. It’s not easy to serve a big group at the end of a long shift, but she handled it with genuine care and professionalism. Honestly, she was a superhero that night. Her attitude turned what could have been a stressful late stop into a really enjoyable experience for our whole family. Thank you for the outstanding service—we truly appreciate it and won’t forget it!

First time visiting this location which is tucked away about a block off of SW Sequoia Parkway in Tigard near Home Depot. Really nice modern decor and lively atmosphere and great service.
