We stopped by IHOP on 3/28 on our way back from Lincoln City, arriving about 30 minutes before closing. We were a group of 7, including kids, and honestly expected it might be too late—but instead, we experienced some of the best service we’ve had in a long time. Even though the team was getting ready to close, our waitress went above and beyond to welcome us. The moment she realized we were a larger group with kids, she didn’t hesitate—she made an exception, treated us with kindness, and made us feel completely comfortable. She was incredibly patient, especially with the kids, attentive to every detail, and kept a warm, positive attitude the entire time. It’s not easy to serve a big group at the end of a long shift, but she handled it with genuine care and professionalism. Honestly, she was a superhero that night. Her attitude turned what could have been a stressful late stop into a really enjoyable experience for our whole family. Thank you for the outstanding service—we truly appreciate it and won’t forget it!

First time visiting this location which is tucked away about a block off of SW Sequoia Parkway in Tigard near Home Depot. Really nice modern decor and lively atmosphere and great service. Its been years since I have been at an Ihop, but this one for almost a full year.This Ihop has made a big impression on me super friendly. Since I'm moving I won't be able to come in anymore but will miss this experience, thank you. All of you keep at it.

I think the great things about IHOP, is that you always know how the food will taste. Consistency is definitely not a bad thing. The staff was friendly. The food was good. The restaurant was clean. I'm a lover of breakfast, any time of day, so I'll be back.

Very nice got there 1 hour before closing and we were the only ones there but still took excellent care of us. Everything was fresh and tasted good. Very clean. The waiter was very nice.

Welcome to the first new IHOP in Tigard/Lake Oswego. Just opened 3 weeks ago and the location is immaculately clean. They have great small breakfast specials for under $10. A seniors menu, and all of the classic IHOP delights. They recently revamped the menu a year or so ago, and IHOP has a nice variety of things to choose from. They do breakfast, lunch, and even dinner if you want it. I was greeted by nice and friendly staff, seated quickly and offered some nice specialties. They have All the fun fruit syrups and delicious breakfast treats! If you’re in the area, haven’t been to an IHOP in a while, or just want to dive into a stack of pancakes or Eggs and bacon and toast! This spot has it all. Don’t be afraid to dive into the food/fun! They have a great new $7 “house faves” menu which is fun to pick 2 and make it into a nice big breakfast. Thank you for taking the time to read my review and HAPPY Dining. IHOP Style!!!

Had a great experience here on Christmas Day. The restaurant was busy but the staff were friendly and they did a great job keeping everything moving. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, and the whole experience was top-notch. Everything exceeded our expectations. They took great care of our group and we left very satisfied and very happy. We will be back.

Stopped by for a late dinner and the place was empty. We were greeted and seated immediately. Food arrived quick and was as expected like any other IHOP. Service was over the top! Would definitely go again.

Supper happy with the takeout order we had today. Ordered a chicken biscuit sandwich and it was freakin huge! Would definitely order again. Cinna stack pancakes came with all toppings on the side which was much appreciated.

No fault to the company or awesome staff, the location is a bit small inside and awkward, that's why 4 stars atmosphere. Sometimes you just gotta have what you have and no negativity, just complaining I guess, I'm a very wide open spaces introvert so I was a little overwhelmed but what's new lol. Great location for service and quality, I wish I paid better attention, the beautiful waitress deserves the praise 🙌🙌🙌🙌 Remembered more than needed and offered more than necessities, beautiful woman 🙏👍 "Loud but you can still talk" may just me being an introvert whom doesn't go out to restaurants but once a year, it may very well be my lack of experience and obvious discomfort.
