Breakfast is always good here. Christan was nice and helpful. Couple of complaints: Company needs to make sure their machines can accept online codes. Christan had to manually take it off. If your company offers something, make sure it works. Stop hiding the custom tip button in the bottom corner of screen and only offering 25% or 30% gratuity. That’s tacky. Christan offered for me to scan a QR code to do a review, I couldn’t even post the review, it would stop allowing me type and wouldn’t let me click the amount we paid per person or how many people, I had to come to Google, find the restaurant and then do the review. Again, if your company offers something, make sure it works!

This was the best meal I think I’ve had in years, the food was amazing, definitely recommend the crispy chicken sandwich, the timing was amazing, we had a party of 13 and sat down in less than 10 minutes. Our server Brandon was super quick to bring food, get napkins, refill drinks, and get empty plates. He needs a serious raise.

Had a Lovely time at Ihop today. We visit barely often and the food is always good. Brandon H was our server today and he was phenominal. We didn't have to ask for anything he knew exactly what we needed before we had any needs. I tend to order water with lemon most of the time this is usually one little lemon slice. Today Brandon practically gave me a whole lemons worth. Made our experience very nice. We will be back and asking for him.

Stopped during our travels in Spartanburg 8135 Easter night 4/05/26. Waiter was great very friendly very professional night manager was great she was helpful friendly made us feel welcome even gave my granddaughter a pink plastic bunny filled with eggs. These 2 employees were exceptional highly praise them both.
