Came here to celebrate our Birthdays and the Pancakes where under cooked and I sat here for 27 min with no refills on my drink the dinner only had 4 people in it I think if this place ever wants to survive it needs to change or it will become a lost corporation like all the others before it But after Coming Back meeting the manager for a do over this go around was way better than the last I give the 5 stars because they atleast are trying to correct a wrong 💕

Felicia was SO kind! My toddlers were practicing ordering for themselves and she was so patient with them and I was very grateful! Also the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes were delicious!

Felicia was an amazing server!! She is so upbeat and happy that my day brightened just by being around her. She was very efficient and also had patience with us trying to figure out what we were ordering and also when I took 45 minutes to eat my meal. There aren't many servers like that anymore. My experience at IHOP was wonderful! The food was delicious and everything came out fresh and perfectly prepared. What really made our visit special was our server, Sarah. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and attentive throughout our meal. Her warm smile truly made our day and made us feel so welcome. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent food and outstanding service.

Had a good breakfast today. Our server Sarah was great. She was attentive and had a great attitude. The food was ok. Definitely wasn’t hot. The hosts did not communicate with us, only looked at us and grabbed the menus looked back and started walking. No greeting, no smile no communication. Definitely should change the attitude. Also went to the restroom and there was no sign of it being cleaned, I opened the door and it was blocked off. The worker that was there gave us a nasty look like if we purposely wanted to disrespect the fact that they were cleaning the restroom but that wasn’t what we wanted, there was no sign or anything. Overall we were glad that our server had a great attitude, she masked the bad experience.

Shout out to the lady working the front tonight! I never caught her name but she was handling business! Super sweet person! I am in town for a funeral and just needed some coffee and an omelet, she made sure I had EVERYTHING I NEEDED! Without knowing I was completely out of it!
