⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at IHOP in Murfreesboro! The food came out hot, fresh, and tasted great. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. What really stood out was how all of the servers worked together to make sure every table was taken care of. Even if someone wasn’t our server, they were happy to help with refills, bringing out food, or checking if we needed anything. You can tell they truly work as a team. Manager Michelle was incredibly sweet and made a point to stop by our table to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear she cares about both her customers and her staff. If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend the Murfreesboro IHOP. We’ll definitely be back!

Oh my goodness gracious, Coleman Kidd is an angel. He made my day special. If there was a 6th star, he would deserve a 7th. IHOP would not be IHOP without Coleman. You should really raise his wage and promote him.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! What an incredible breakfast experience! We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and smiles on our faces thanks to the amazing teamwork from Mike, our server, Hayden and Moe, the manager. They truly showed what outstanding customer service looks like. From the moment we walked in, Mike welcomed us with a warm smile, a positive attitude, and genuine kindness. He was attentive, professional, and made us feel like valued guests throughout our entire visit. He checked on us at just the right times, made sure our drinks stayed full, answered every question with patience, and made sure every detail of our meal was exactly right. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and Mike absolutely exceeded every expectation. Moe, the manager, was just as impressive. It was obvious that he leads by example and truly cares about both his guests and his team. He was visible throughout the restaurant, checking on tables, supporting his staff, and making sure everyone was having a wonderful experience. You could see the respect and teamwork between him and Mike, and it created an atmosphere that was welcoming, organized, and enjoyable. Great leadership like Moe’s makes a huge difference, and it certainly showed during our visit. Now, the food was simply phenomenal! The pancakes were some of the best we’ve ever had, light, fluffy, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. What really stood out was that the syrup was served warm and hot, which made every bite even better. The variety of toppings was incredible and fresh, allowing us to customize every pancake just the way we wanted. Every bite tasted homemade and comforting. The bacon was cooked perfectly with amazing flavor, and the breakfast potatoes were seasoned just right—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the perfect complement to the meal. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and beautifully prepared. What impressed us most was how smoothly everything worked together. What an amazing experience! One of the best IHOP experiences I’ve ever had! The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of incredible flavor. Every dish exceeded my expectations and was served hot and beautifully prepared. The service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and incredibly fast. They made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to the manager, Moe. He is truly professional, respectful, and dedicated to making every guest feel welcome.
