Greeter and waitress were super friendly. We had omelettes and pancakes. Food was delicious and service was fantastic. We never ran out of coffee! Restrooms can use a good cleaning but everything else was great.

Me and our family went around 2pm and was seated immediately and we had a really kind waitress, our food only took about 20 mins to come out , food was delicious and greatly price, would highly recommended!

This was an early lunch stop for us on our travels. The server was very prompt getting to us. Drinks quickly brought to the table and of course she wanted our order. We typically have breakfast at IHOP's but this day we were both looking at the lunch items. We hadnt eaten when we left our hotel and we wouldnt be home for several more hours, so bring on something hearty. I can honestly say I have never even paid a lot of attention to the lunch/dinner menu. And we were a little shocked to see the high prices. So it was taking a minute to choose. The server came back 3 times in ~5 minutes. And def showed her frustration each time. We ordered and a side item we both got was broccoli. The stems had turned very brown where it had been cut and not promptly put into water. It was visually unappetizing. I did not eat it. Mashed potatoes were extremely thick but did have a decent flavor. The chicken fried steak was over cooked but the gravy on top was delish. Just before our meals came out, an older couple came in. All attention went toward them. Various guests were walking over to talk. Our server was back and forth to their table (right behind us) many times. This did not affect our food per se but as customers, you just know that your service is going to tank when this happens. We finished our meals, waited and yep, waited some more for our server to get done talking and bring our ticket. We most probably will not go back if the opportunity presents. The building seems old and is in need of a remodel and a little freshening up and brightening up. The restrooms could use a good deep clean.

The only thing that saves this business is servers like Sabrina! When the food is mid and you're paying exorbitant prices for it, I'm grateful for her. She makes the entire experience wonderful. She prebusts the table, our drinks are never empty, and she always anticipates needs with a positive attitude, even when her manager, Shaun, isn't being considerate of her needs or others. Thank you for being a shining light in the IHOP when we come in. You are stellar and deserve recognition for your skill set.

The staff was also friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely a nice place to go for breakfast or a casual meal. I’d definitely come back!
