The server Cristina lomeli was phenomenal!!! Hands down, the best service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. She was super nice and mannerable, super quick and super efficient. Just SUPER all the way around. Highly recommend her of if you're ever in the Abilene area.

Love to eat at IHOP, we can always count on a solid delicious meal. This time however, our expectations were exceeded! Super clean store, amazing staff. Our server, RoShanna rocked! She brought positive energy and vibes to our table along with her infectious smile. We never had to ask for a refill, she was so attentive to us. Thank you to the cooks too, the food was hot and perfect!

I had the best service from Roshanna! She's a gem. She attended to my husband and I quickly from the moment we were sat. Our drinks were brought out quickly and our orders promptly taken. Food was very good, my omelet was fluffy and fresh🤤 The restaurants general upkeep is nice and clean. All in all this was a great visit and we will definitely be back next time were down visiting family.

Came into eat today and had RoShanna one of the most memorable servers I have had! Food was hot and came out fast! RoShanna had a great smile, very personable, friendly, knowledgeable amd great with the kids! We all loved her! When visiting again we will for sure return! Thank you for a grrat meal and even better service!

Recently came in with my family and had the pleasure of being waited on by RoShanna who was an amazing server!! I had the delicious strawberry banana pancakes which are always my go to at ihop and they didnt disappoint. The restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms! I haven't been to IHOP in many years, due to the fact their food went waaay downhill! In another state. Now I have renewed faith. Server was very patient and nice. I only wish the lighting was a little brighter

I can definitely tell this IHOP is under new management—in the best way possible! From the moment I walked in, everything felt more organized and welcoming. The staff seemed more attentive and upbeat, and the service was noticeably faster than before. The restaurant itself was much cleaner, and you could tell there’s more attention to detail now. The food came out fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared, which hasn’t always been my experience in the past. It’s clear that whoever is managing this location now really cares about quality and customer experience. Such a great improvement—I’ll definitely be coming back

From the moment we were seated, Cristina's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home.She was attentive to every detail, ensuring our drinks were always refilled and that our meals were prepared exactly to our liking. Cristina’s professionalism shone through as she managed multiple tables with ease, yet never made us feel rushed.What truly set her apart was her genuine friendliness and ability to anticipate our needs. She offered great menu suggestions and even took the time to engage with us, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. If you’re dining at IHOP, I highly recommend asking for Cristina. Food from here is always delicious. But our waitress could’ve done a better job. I waited 15 mins for my strawberries for my crepes turned out she left to the restroom and she comes back to tell me “they ran out” other than that everything was good
