Need to give a shout out to Marcus the manager. Last minute decided to order a breakfast burrito to go and there ended up being a mistake with my order and I didn't have time to wait for it to be re made. However Marcus not only refunded my cc but managed to also have my order redone correctly and in minutes. He was also extremely kind and very professional (something you dont see as often these days). I was touched and my faith restored. I will definitely be back.

08JUN26: My son and I really like these IHOP/Applebee's restaurants. We recently moved to this area and saw this location when we drove by and decided to stop by for lunch. Food was great. Drinks were great. Our server was fantastic. We had a great experience. Thank you, we'll be back. Next time, I'll take some pics. Hint: Entrance faces the frontage road, not the parking lot.

Chris our waiter was awesome and very detail and patient in explaining the menu. He was one of the better waiters we have had for service anywhere, top notch service! Me, my wife and daughter ordered the artichoke and chips, I ordered the double glaze baby back ribs, and my wife ordered the 2 for 25 meal where she took the second part of the order home. Food was excellent, highly recommend, glad to see the Applebees in our area instead of having to drive to New Braunfels.

stop by for lunch and my service was great savannah was my waiter and made sure my visit was pleasant she was very cheery and outgoing. food was on point Savannah deserves a raise for her hard work and always keeping a smile her interaction with us made things even better thank u savanna.Let me not forget the manager David who came by with his smile to make sure things where good with our food and service. thank you for making our visit to the resturant feel welcoming

Had a very good meal with lots of laughs with our waiter savannah as well as the Gm. Was a friendly environment good attitudes and good vibes. Savannah made sure we were well tooken care of and made sure we had everything we needed so we could enjoy our meal.if you are in the are I suggest u stop by and ask for savannah to be your waiter u will be sure to leave satisfied

We just ate at the new applebees at the forum aya was our waiter and she did an absolute amazing job, she made sure we were well taken care of and that our food was everything that we requested, she was very friendly, and kind this was honestly the best waiter I've had in a long time, you can tell she takes pride in her job and has excellent costumer service, I will definitely be going back to eat here again. EDIT: 5Jun26- 5*. Now that it is remodeled and combined with an Applebee's, this location has improved so much! Wait staff was 10/10, food was excellent and atmosphere was 100x better. It's an IHOP. What do you expect? Order scrambled eggs, plain pancakes, hashbrowns, and some sausage.. anything other than that, and you are asking for trouble, lol Not just this location, but the last 3 IHOPS we have visited seem to have some very disfunctional waiting staff. Very friendly, but it feels like management isn't managing very well. Sloppy order taking consistency, infighting between whose responsibility is whos, wait staff trash talking others, passing the blame. This location needs some better leadership. Our food was good, though! 😀
