The family and I have eaten there twice so far and even though it is a chain live the atmosphere, the restaurant is clean, the baby chairs are cleaned then wrapped in plastic, bathrooms are clean, staff friendly. Food good. I have worked at many restaurants and this stuff is important to me. Keep up good work Ihop Front Royal

This IHOP finds its home in a store front instead of being a stand-alone building. The dining room is small but it doesn't really feel that way. We usually come early on Saturdays and have never had a problem getting seating. This trip my family took advantage of a coupon and went out to eat. We were seated as requested and got the highchair set within the table (I don't like when you put the highchair on the end of a table where servers are usually working and people are walking). Andy was a great server. He was personable, gave us all the time we needed, and took care of our needs before we asked for many of them. I have a suspicion he was part of the decision makers for choosing that fun classic rock station. We got lots of food. It was hot and fast and just as ordered. Moist scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and that kid- and adult-friendly chocolate chip pancake! My coffee cup never went dry. We weren't rushed and stayed a little longer so the baby could finish eating. Again, Andy was the best!

my experience at IHOP was excellent, my server was kierstyn and she was amazing, very polite, patience and fast. i could tell she had experience. great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.

The waitress who took care of me was Jayda and she was fabulous - prompt, just the right amount of attentiveness, and personable. She made it more enjoyable to be out by myself for a meal.

Great location, called ahead for a 12 person table with only a 20 minute notice as it was a last moment decision. They where able to accommodate our group. The staff was friendly. The service was timely and well done for the size group we had.

The food here is good and it mostly comes out within a reasonable time. The service is eexellent whenever I get Natalie as a server! She will talk with us, make sure our drinks are full and is just overall super nice and approachable. She never makes me feel rushed or anything and its great to have her as our server! Honestly only giving a five star becaujse of how good my service was, Thanks for reading and I cant wait to dine here again.
