I had a great experience at IHOP thanks to Neal. He was very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out in a timely manner. He had a positive attitude the whole time and made me feel welcomed from the moment i sat down. The food came out fresh and fast, and he checked on me regularly to make sure i had everything i needed. Great customer service. Thank you, Neal, for doing an amazing job!

Mirna was an absolute lovely lady. She remained composed and polite, even when two very rude girls and a guy(who was with the girls by the way)who left the group without paying, ate all their food, then proceeded to act like they didn’t like it and tried not to pay. I couldn’t have done that and tried to leave a nice tip with my group to makeup for it. Very impressed, especially for my first time at an ihop. I bet the two girls will leave her a nasty review saying she was mean, but she was nothing of the sorts. Give this woman a raise. - late night visitor of the ihop in Mechanicsville va

She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The last time i stepped into an ihop was well over a decade ago. Today I stepped into ihop for a friend’s graduation celebration, and I have to say I’m quite impressed in comparison to 10 years ago. This particular IHOP was amazing. The place was super clean the atmosphere was very relaxed, the food was on point, and the service was out of this world. Yuri served our table, and she made the experience super pleasant. She had great table manners, she was very attentive to everyone on the table, she was prompt friendly and attentive, considering she was the only server working all the tables this evening. Yuri was amazing. Thankful for this visit. Will definitely be coming back to ihop again in the near future.

Excellent experience at IHOP under new management! The food was delicious, arrived quickly, and everything was prepared perfectly. Took our grandchildren here for our “tradition” of breakfast after spending the night. Today was a pleasant surprise. Our server Susan took the time to make sure the kids pancakes were exactly how they wanted them. The food came out quickly and Susan was a kind and attentive server. Food was tasty and look forward to going again. We talked about the history of IHOP. Thanks to Susan for outstanding service today.
