the new manager Raquel is amazing, she makes a huge effort to greet all customers and is very kind. She has made such a positive impact. stations and tables are always clean, service is spectacular every time. food was perfect and was bought out in a timely manner. 10/10 perfect for bringing your family or enjoying a relaxing morning with yourself!

It's always easy to get seated. The food is the food. Nothing special. It's IHOP but well cooked and quick. I absolutely love the wait staff. Miss Carolyn is the bomb! It's every Sunday thing

This place is so clean. We were going to eat near Williamsburg, but that place was run down, so we came here. The place was clean, and our server—I think it was Karla, the lady with the turban—was so nice and graceful.

We are from Michigan and visiting family in the area. This location was closest to our hotel so we stopped for Breakfast on our way to explore the area. We had Kesha T for our waitress and let me just say, she was fantastic. Walking in at first, I believe she was the only one seating people and waiting on them until more staff came in. She was extremely friendly, and smiling the whole time, thanking us for our patience while making sure we had everything we needed. Very attentive to not only our table but the other tables she was waiting on as well. I hope this location realizes what an asset she is, and acknowledges her. I very much appreciate the service we received and we would definitely come back to this location when we’re in the state/area again.

It has been years since we've eaten at an Ihop, and this was a truly pleasant experience. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member and seated immediately. Our waiter was prompt, polite and took care of everything we needed very quickly. The restaurant itself was extremely clean and and a friendly neighborhood vibe. The food itself was surprisingly good!!!

My wasn't waitress friendly, & only came 2 my table once after bring my food, & didn't bring me a item that I ordered, told me the item after I finished food then she gonna ask if I want ed 2 take the grits home after I almost finished my food. So I didn't give her a tip

Our waitress was amazing with her beautiful black and blue hair. Yvette was also very helpful. However we waited well over an hour for our food when there wasn't hardly anyone in the diner whatsoever. I asked for my Bacon Temptation omelette to have crispy bacon, it was not crispy at all. I then asked the nice waitress for a plate of CRISPY BACON and in return received a plate of half raw cooked bacon. I then told her she could just take it back since the cooks or chef couldn't correctly fry it crispy. At that point I wanted to walk back to the kitchen myself and show them how to follow directions. I work in diner, it's not hard to fry bacon. Jeez! We love and eat at IHOP often, and have never had a visit like that. Thank you Yvette and lovely woman with the black and blue for your service. Hopefully your cooks can learn how to properly follow customers requests.

I'm always annoyed by how the staff looks at you waiting to be seated but say nothing and keep walking. We waited 15 minutes to be seated. However, our server was fantastic and the food was tasty.
