The entire environment is basically clean and comfortable. Restrooms are clean as well. The food is not bad, but the hash browns are overcooked, which needs to be improved. The price is acceptable. Credit cards accepted. The most important is the server is super nice, friendly, and professional (not sure for others, but the one served us). Tons of free parking lots available. Overall experience is not bad!

Visited IHOP for the first time in 10 years, and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is conveniently located off Bakerview Road in northern Bellingham, not far from I-5. There was a small wait to get a booth inside, but not too long. The interior just felt and sounded like your normal American pancake house, so I can’t complain about that. I ordered one of the value breakfast meals with coffee to drink, and everything was very tasty for the price of around $10 before gratuity. My server, Georjan, was very friendly and attentive. Overall, this is one of the most solid breakfast spots in the city, especially in terms of value.

Delicious food my favorite is the spinach mushroom omelette with hollandaise sauce, the chicken fried steak s also delicious. Very good size portions! Also crispy hash browns which is a must.

I just visited IHOP for the first time, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We ordered the Breakfast Sampler and split it between two people for only $17.69, along with a 3-stack of buttermilk pancakes. The Breakfast Sampler came with everything, eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and hash browns. Plus on top it was all you can eat pancakes. For $17.69, that’s hard to beat, and the portion was more than enough two of us to feel full. The pancakes weren't the fluffiest but they tasted pretty good and were fairly light, definitely a lot of sugar and pretty high carb though. Service was fairly good for a spot like IHOP, Kiara and Gracie were both very friendly. For a total of $25 and $31 after tip, IHOP is insanely cheap especially for the amount of food you get. I wouldn't say these are the best pancakes (or healthiest) but the value is unbeatable.

I had the French toast combo. Everything was cooked perfectly! My server was attentive and kind, and they are the reason for this review. They were exceptional, and I left a 30% tip.

Okay, so it's an IHOP so menu is consistent with the brand...the customer service at this location was excellent, and the food was served promptly. The restaurant is clean and we had a great experience here while visiting family in Bellingham.

The omelette was great—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The pancake, however, was a bit soggy and not as good as I expected. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant overall.

It was super busy. Our order got erased (digitally) but they brought coffee and biscuits as a we were starving. They got us a new order, were very polite and helpful. Ov erwhelmed with business but even covered our entire bill. So, they did it gracefully. We had not come to IHOP in awhile but we will go back for sure!

I had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. It was totally worth the wait. I had a bacon temptation omelet that was fantastic. The hash browns were crispy. Coffee is okay but its never strong enough for me. Service was really good!
