Man this place has turned around. They renovated the place beautifully. The food was great, staff was excellent. Please maintain the quality. We will be back! We don't have to drive all the way to Bellevue any more. Previous review: I love IHOP but this place is terrible. Food is below average compared to other locations. Customer service is a negative 10. The owner is cheap (make some observations and you can easily come to this conclusion). Outdated facility, poorly maintained and under staffed. I like the one manager who keeps the morale up other wise this place should be closed for good or let someone else run this place(at which point I’ll give it another try, I love ihop!!!!). It is an insult that such restaurant can stay in business here in Issaquah.

This is my go-to spot for breakfast at least three times a week, and it never disappoints. The place is always clean, and the music and overall atmosphere are warm, welcoming, and comfortable—it’s the kind of environment that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal. The manager and the entire staff are truly wonderful. They consistently go above and beyond to provide great service, and it really shows. A special shoutout to the manager and Miriam—they’re my favorites and always make me feel valued as a customer. I have food allergies, and that can sometimes make dining out stressful, but not here. Everyone is incredibly attentive and always makes sure my food is safe to eat, which means a lot to me. That level of care and attention keeps me coming back. Overall, this location stands out for its friendly staff, clean environment, and excellent service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming breakfast spot!

Had the avacado and egg sandwich with roasted cherry tomatoes and hash browns.. Marvelous.. Manager I believe her name was Marie was nothing short of stellar! Definitely worth the experience.. The cook adds the "Chef's kiss" 🤣🤣🤣.. Servers professional..

Went on free pancake day. There was only one server working and I felt so bad for him trying to seat people, take and bring out orders, & cleaning his own tables. He was great, but damn were they understaffed on a day that would obviously be busy. Food is always delicious and a great price.

When will you open again? My kids misses you! My only observation is that when the wait staff were clearing tables, the cart designated for dirty dishes was positioned outside the kitchen and by the dining area. The dishes and utensils were placed onto the tray with noticeable force, resulting in a loud clattering noise. This appeared to startle or inconvenience nearby patrons. I would recommend that the staff handle the items more gently to minimize noise and maintain a pleasant dining atmosphere.

This location can be busy, but the servers are generally accurate and efficient The food is hot and tasty. IHOP is a classic place for breakfast, but lunch and dinner is good too.

IHOP is a IHOP but as an American staple the staff was very friendly and there is plenty of easy parking. Place caters towards families and has High chairs available on request.
