Rating reflects late night dining experience on Friday/Saturday. >Busier on Saturday nights. >Excellent service from staff. It's possible you might get a less experienced server but they still try very hard. >Breakfast is a good choice. IHOP usually has a promotion going, which keeps the dining experience fresh. >Join their rewards program and always ask for a receipt. You can scan it for points and cash those in for food/drinks.

The food was good, fresh, and hot of the press!! The service from Fabi and Corey was amazing. They were polite and accommodating with a SMILE! Definitely will come back for that reason alone. For breakfast this particular IHOP is a must.

Was being hella lazy after an all nighter and woke up at 5 am wanting pancakes. IHOP is open 24 hrs!!! HELL YA!!! I used their intuitive app to order cheesecake pancakes, and they were ready in about 15 minutes. I rolled out of bed, went to the window and grabbed my to go food. Then came back to bed and ate all my pancakes. They were delicious!! Thank you IHOP for being open all hours of the night with a very comprehensive and delicious menu

It was my first time having brunch at IHOP. The vibe was relaxed and chill, and there were lots of families having brunch on the weekend. My favorite item was the pancakes — they were soft and fluffy. The hash browns were good too. The only thing I didn’t really like was that the chocolate milk was iced.

Our waitest was so sweet and so friendly. Sorry, forgot her name. Every one was friendly but she was full of the holiday cheer... but seems like she is like that all the time! She was great on checking if we needed anything, that smile and cheer never wavered. I had the Colorado omelet (very flavorful, had steak in it, better then a Denver omelet) and asked for my hashbrown crispy on the outside and sodt on the inside. It came perfect!
