Our server, Heaven, was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and engaged with my kids in a way that made them feel special. I would keep coming back just to get to interact with a cool server like that! And there was super awesome music playing, Frank Sinatra, which we love! That was an extra bonus. Honestly, I have never had a bad experience at this IHOP!

We came here on a whim after our plans changed and it was an excellent idea. Our waitress was amazing, the food was good and they had everything we needed. We live so close to this location so its nice to know that we have somewhere to go when we want some quick delicious food.

The staff at the Martin Way IHOP are absolutely excellent. There is a waitress named Denise who is Top Notch! She treated my wife and I as if we were regular weekly customers, but better yet, she treated my non-verbal disabled daughter just like anyone else. This made my daughter much more at ease and less embarrassed about her limitations. Thank you so much Denise!

Every time we dine in IHOP, is always an amazing experience . The food is super tasty but the staff is what makes our experience very memorable each time . They make us feel like family and are extra attentive to our needs . Even when it’s busy the staff are patient and very quick to have our orders delivered . Management is also very hardworking helping in the back and the front of the house .

Our sever Marisol was fantastic we had a few food accommodations that were needed and she nailed it. Our food came out and it was perfect the first time. She was also very attentive to our table and worked around my wheelchair when needed.

From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted and seated within just seconds. With a smile and a nice attitude. Our server Heather was amazing! My two boys (9 and 10years old) were so happy when she rewarded them with a dollar coin! It was so sweet and she was genuinely hospitable! We will be back!!

Our group of minimum two to five often meet here on Tuesdays for brunch during Olympia's "winter season" as our small airfield's operations are usually diminished. The spring and summer periods, though, usually have us present about every two-week's. We know most of the service staff by name and the managers and we're always greeted with a smile. The staff is quite efficient visiting our table often. Our orders are available within 15-minutes or so after the order's taken. Water, coffee(s), and table setting is always immediate. This restaurant experience seems to be the best combination of characteristics overall as we've survey just about all the other dining locations available in the Olympia/Lacey area. I marked 4/5 stars overall only because sometimes I'll commute-by-bike and the only "lock-up object" (a bench outside) has been removed for some reason. Atmosphere was marked 4/5 stars only because when it's very busy, it can be difficult for us to hear (we're all 60-plus).
