The service from our waiter, Preston was impeccable! Learned a lot about what the kind of man he wants to become! Working a holiday, he showed he was more than happy to be at work! Since it was not as busy, it made it easier to build customers relations! (Very smart)! He is a young American Patriot and has his ducks in a row! I do not eat out much at all but service like Preston's, makes you want to come back for the service alone! The chef cooked our food perfectly, positive on arrival from the man up front, was a great end to my day! Thank you for a positive evening! Good luck, Preston! A real American!!

First time I got to try the IHOP restaurant, and I am pleasantly happy I made the choice to eat late night dinner/snack at 2:30 am HERE! So delicious, the hostess was extremely busy, yet still took the time to answer my obnoxious questions about my online order and their pick up process. I highly recommend eating the, Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy Combo, it was so so yummy. Hot, fresh and easily ordered online and quickly amd efficiently picked up. Thank you for my first time trying IHOP, we will plan for more future dinners/breakfasts, as of NOW, IHOP is my top restaurant choice. We will be back for another delicious meal soon, especially for our future Mt. Pleasant casino trips. I'll be sure to add IHOP all our upcoming planns for ALL FUTURE summer/winter shows/concerts at soaring eagles casino 😀

I’m so glad I was able to find a place to eat after getting off work and working all day! Since it was after 9 PM, so many places were already closed, so I really appreciate IHOP being open 24 hours for people like me who work late. Our server, Jaylynn, was absolutely wonderful! She provided amazing customer service, was very attentive, and even brought us refills without us having to ask. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure we were taken care of throughout our visit. Our food also came out quickly, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the cook because my Cowboy Burger was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! It was delicious and exactly what I needed after a long day of work. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit. Great customer service, great food, and I’m especially grateful that you’re open 24 hours for those of us working late. Great job, Jaylynn and kitchen staff!

Jaylin was the absolute best server we've ever had! She checked on us frequently, was very patient and gave the best service we've ever had! Would definitely come back specifically for that beautiful smile. The Manager Cohen checked on our table before we got the food and after to make sure everything was okay. Absolutely the best restaurant we've been to in Mount pleasant.
