Stopped by for a Lil me-time-treat on my day off. I enjoyed a pancake/sausage & egg meal, from the $6.99 Menu!! Very fulfilling! I even had a yummy vanilla coffee! I love that Ihop has, 'economy friendly meals', that still taste great & are fulfilling!

My boyfriend and I stopped by for dinner tonight and had a great experience. Last weekend, we placed a pickup order for two country fried steak meals, but they had unfortunately sold out. Carlos, the manager, called right away to let me know. He offered to make us anything else we wanted at no additional charge for pickup, and also offered a full refund. We were really looking forward to the country fried steak, so we asked if it would be okay to come back and dine in another time when it was available again. When we returned, Carlos made sure we had a wonderful experience, and our server, Kaliya, was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our meal. Honest, personable employees like Carlos and Kaliya are exactly why we’ll be coming back. Thank you both for the excellent service, and amazing food!

Every time that we have been to the IHOP in Greenville, we have had a very pleasant experience. We have been coming here for 15 years and it truly is the best! This time our waitress, Tiffany was outstanding! I talked with her boss and again requested that and of course, begged for an IHOP to open in Washington NC which I know would do very well. I have been trying for 15 years! IHOP knows how to make real breakfasts, lunches and Dinners!

The manager Mr William Bland aka Pop is so polite and he goes to each customer and all the servers are wonderful. Ours , Naya, is so sweet. Everyone smiles .. light music. Clean . Southern Hospitality in Overdrive... They truly made me feel Golden!!! ❤️❤️

Tiera and Ocean served with grace and hospitality. Although we waited for over an hour for our food, they ensured that our food was hot and served with perfection. Mr. Bland, manager, apologized and thanked us for our patience. He constantly checked on us before and after our food was served. I recommended IHOP as one of the best restaurants that exhibit class and genuine customer service.
