Have not been to ihop in a while but decided to go because there was nothing else open in Oak Ridge. We ordered breakfast samplers and egg white omelette. The food was delicious! We were a little surprised. The waitress was great. She knew everything to ask and got it all perfect. An added extra benefit: the music was from the 70s and 80s. We really enjoyed the whole experience. The cook was just excellent. We sent our compliments. So if you just want a place to chill-lax and have good, hot food and cool music with no hassle, get to IHOP. I hope places like ihop keep going.

Okay, I just gotta say this, this restaurant has COMPLETELY turned around over the past six months. Apparently there is new management, and now the servers are smiling, food is coming out quick, and food is amazing. Whatever y'all are doing here, keep it up. Kayla is almost always our server and she does an a fantastic job. Edit 9/4/26 Xavier and Vincent were phenomenal tonight. We came in with an 8 top around 8pm, out food came out quick and not only correct, but GOOD! thank yall so much

I had to think long and hard about how many stars to give this review. The food is ok, but the kitchen is often very slow. The reason I finally gave it a 5 is the servers, especially Amanda and Kala. They are incredible. No matter how bad the back of the house gets, they work to heep the customer happy. As tough as being a server already is, I am amazed at how well they do with the obstacles their own Kitchen throws their way. Keep up the good work ladies

The best IHOP we have ever visited. Great food, clean place, amazing staff. The service is outstanding. Xavier should be named employee of the year! If only other restaurant dining experiences and staff were as amazing as this one…the world would be a better place.

My server was Jackson, and he was the sweetest and was very patient and polite when I asked for Modifications on my food! And he showed me a super cool way to put my food in the box without the pancakes touching my savories!

Oak Ridge - you have to come back and try this place again! A real turnaround from last year!!! Huge shout out to the crew and also the newer manager here for about 3 months. We moved to Oak Ridge about 3 years ago and all the local scuttle about this place was bad. We stayed away for 2 years. Tried it a year ago and had a bad experience, came back a couple times and walked right out when their floors were dirty and another time when someone was coughing and hacking up a storm in the back. This time was about two weeks ago. I brought my mom here because she wanted to try this instead of a place across the street for breakfast food. The place had probably about 16 guests and it was around 11am on a weekday. The hostess made eye contact quickly and greeted us warmly. She offered to seat us immediately. We sat and ordered coffee, a decaf and regular and she served it very quickly in house mugs and also gave both my mom and I our own thermos - which was excellent service. I sip slowly and mom guzzles. Mom had her refill ready and I was able to keep up with warmers. We both ordered breakfast items. She did a full platter. I did the new pancake flight - which is a ballpark hit for this place. You get the meats and eggs and hashers along with 3 choices of ANY of their specialty or regular pancakes. Fricken Awesome. Ordered Strawberry Cheesecake Custom, Oreo Cheesecake, and Blueberry. Topped them with the flavored syrups on the table. Food came within 10 minutes of us ordering which also was incredibly fast and a different level of service than what I was used to. All the meats were hot and prepared fresh. The waitress was very attentive and checked in with use through the meal. Brought the check at a great time and invited us to take the survey. I asked to talk to her manager on duty and asked him how to show my appreciation at the turn around. He said please use the Google Review Code my waitress gave me. I will also be sending an email to corporate. If they can keep up this level of service, this place will be hopping again. See what I did there?

We had a great experience at IHOP! Alyssa was an amazing server—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very welcoming and provided excellent service from start to finish. She really made our visit enjoyable, and we truly appreciated how great she was. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We were greeted at the door with a “welcome” and seated very quickly. Our waitress “Xavier” was. Cheerful and very helpful when we placed our order! Our beverages and food came out quickly and was plated nicely. The food itself made by “Vincent”was delicious and priced right. The atmosphere was calm with soft up to date music playing. The restaurant was clean and inviting!! My husband and I were very pleased with the food and service!! We will definitely be coming back!! Give this establishment a try!!🤗🤗
