Sammy always takes good care of my family and I when we come to the Victoria location. The food is always fresh and tastes excellent and there’s rarely a wait. He’s great with my daughters too. We love to come here!

We were here during lunch time. Even during a rush, we only had to wait for a couple minutes before getting seated. The server came to us very quickly to take our order and we felt like VIPs. Definitely one of our top lunch stops now.

I’m not from Victoria, but the manager Andrea was very nice and checked up on us multiple times through out the visit, the server Victoria was very kind and helpful especially to my children. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. The food came out fast and and delicious. Thank you for the great experience.😊

Typically the best IHOP experience is at night, ironically, and that remains the same at this location, however, on a Sunday afternoon it's pretty good as well... Just really, really busy so you see the staff scrambling everywhere and really having less time per table and customer interactions. All total, this IHOP does a good job of being consistent to their national menu items, and the managers do a great job if checking that everything is good. Don't go to competition across the street for breakfast foods... Come to this IHOP! You won't regret it! The plates were empty when we left!

This is probably the best IHOP experience I’ve ever had. And that says a lot since I’ve been going to IHOP for over the last 20 years. To set the scene as I was pulling into the parking lot, it was pretty packed, so I was already anticipating a long wait to be seated and then the wait at the table to get my food. Surprisingly, when I walked in, there was no wait upfront, and I was greeted and taken to a table immediately. Our waitress, Cindy was excellent. She checked on us often and make sure we had what we needed. Even though she checked in frequently, it was not overbearing like I have experienced with other waitresses where they catch you with a mouthful of food asking you a question expecting you to answer. I know you can all relate to such an awkward moment. The manager on duty, Sammy was also very attentive going around and checking in with everyone. And as packed as the restaurant was, I’ve never had my food come out so fast after ordering. Even the kitchen was on point this morning!!! So shout out to this location and all the staff on shift this morning, you guys did an excellent job!
