I enjoyed my breakfast today and Mr. Patrick and Ms. Alyssa as well as the morning staff were so kind and welcoming! Patrick has a very warm and caring attitude. His leadership shows and how he gets along with the staff and vice versa! He also picked up around the property which is rare! Not only the food was amazing, the service was top notch and how I remembered when I was growing up! I will always come back to Ihop for great food and service like this!!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Luann at IHOP for her outstanding customer service! She is the kind of server who truly makes a dining experience memorable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and warm personality really stood out! It’s not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond to make their guests feel appreciated, but Luann does exactly that. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it absolutely shows. IHOP is lucky to have her on their team! Thank you, Luann, for making our visit such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back! ❤️🥞

This is the second time to this location. This time around I felt comfortable and throughly enjoyed our visit. The environment was very different from my first experience. From the moment we entered the establishment we were seated quickly and Julie (our server) was prompt, we received our food in a timely manner. I was really surprised how different the experience was in the best way possible. My friends and I came about eight months ago and decided we wouldn't return. I'm glad my Aunty and I gave it another visit. I plan to let those I came with know how different and better our next visit will be.

Breakfast was great but the best part of the experience was the manager coming out and greeting everyone and wishing everyone a great morning. The topping was their amazing server, Pricilla. She was warm and friendly, welcoming, pleasant and had a spirit of excellence. IHOP-please recognize your manager and Pricilla, amazing customer service. She was very attentive even with numerous tables to cover. These are behaviors that are rare these days in a public establishment, in this case a restaurant. The only negative was one of the tables near me-phone kept ringing and having phone conversations with other patrons trying to enjoy a quiet breakfast. This is not IHOP, rather people who are not mindful of others. Thank you, Lakewood IHOP.

Today's IHOP visit is the best. The food ordered arrive ready to eat and it was delicious, i ordered the spinah & mushroom omelete w/hollandaise sauce. Delish. The atmosphere was friendly, zen-like music playing softly. My server was just the very best, got everything correct and checked in with me. I really appreciated the services I received and will start to visit this IHOP more often.
