Service was excellent. Waitresses were so nice and attentive. I watched and they were all that way to every customer. Food good and hot. Clean. our waitress, April is wonderful!! She quickly figured out my daughter was mentally disabled (and diabetic)and arguing with me over what she wanted. She very gently "stepped up" and offered some healthy choices which appeased her. Thus making my experience less stressful and very relaxing! Thank you April, for your kindness💕

It was the day after Christmas and the place was packed. The front desk employee was very courteous and kept us updated on the wait time. Once we were at our table, our waitress was right there and was super friendly. Food was great and quickly prepared. Awesome experience! Highly recommend! Still one of our go to breakfast spots. Food is delicious and the service is always great (shout out to Monica 👍👍). Update as of 05/08/26 - Still our Friday routine with the food being even better with new options and the service is always spectacular with awesome people like Monica and Stephanie. You can't go wrong with the Casa Grande IHOP!

The communication from the staff was excellent. The food… absolutely incredible. Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving. Every bite hit the spot! You can tell they really care about both quality and customer experience. Highly recommend, THANK YOU CASA GRANDE IHOP FOR SUPPORTING OUR INCREDIBLE CGMS STAFF !!

My server Savannah was very nice and professional, she came to our table to check to see how we were doing, or if we needed anything frequently, she was well dressed, uniform clean, very friendly, with a very nice smile and so polite. There should be more servers like her. She made are dinning experience pleasant. I’d give her a 10 out of 10. Thank you Savannah for serving us with such professionalism
