Let me tell y’all something. This morning 08/02/26 my wife and I had breakfast at this location and we had the best experience. We came in to a line of people waiting and were told 15-20 minutes. The place was packed and but we only waited about 10 minutes before we were seated. Our server Amber (god I hope I’m remembering correctly) arrived at our table pretty quickly and we were ready to order. She was incredibly nice. Had breakfast on our table in what seemed like only 10-15 minutes. Food was excellent and watching the staff do their work was impressive. It’s been a long time since I’ve been anywhere and witnessed such cooperation, coordination and communication. The place was running like a machine.

I had an outstanding experience at IHOP today thanks to Kyla. From the moment I sat down, she was incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checking in often without ever being intrusive and making sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about giving great service, but Kyla absolutely does. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine kindness made my visit enjoyable from start to finish. Employees like her are the reason people come back. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for Kyla—you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for making my day a little better!

I love this IHOP location! So happy I found a place I feel welcome to return to with my family, great deals with kids. The severs are lovely and really care about taking care of you while you enjoy a meal out. The food is always on point and doesn’t disappoint. I’m a Virgo so I’m very picky about where I spend my money and this restaurant is really doing their big one with hospitality 🏆

From the moment we walk through the door, we are treated with kindness, warmth, and respect. The entire staff is magnificent. Everyone is welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely concerned about making sure every customer has a wonderful experience. The cook is excellent, and the food is consistently fresh, hot, beautifully prepared, and delicious. What makes this location especially meaningful to us is the incredible way the staff treats my mother. It is not easy for me to transport her or get her safely and comfortably settled, but the employees always go out of their way to find immediate accommodations for her safety and comfort. They never make us feel rushed, inconvenient, or like we are asking too much. Instead, they treat her with patience, dignity, compassion, and genuine care. That kind of consideration is rare, and it means more to both of us than I can possibly put into words. Then there is Christa. Christa is, without question, one of the most amazing waitresses and human beings my mother and I have ever met. She is kind, thoughtful, patient, professional, attentive, and incredibly caring. She remembers the smallest details, anticipates what we need before we even have to ask, and always makes us feel like we are truly welcome. Christa does far more than take an order and serve a meal. She brings heart, warmth, compassion, and sincerity to everything she does. She has a remarkable gift for making people feel important, comfortable, and cared for. Her smile is genuine, her service is flawless, and her positive energy makes the entire restaurant feel brighter. My mother feels exactly the same way about Christa, and that says everything. Because we come to this location so often, we have had the opportunity to see how consistently wonderful Christa is. Her kindness is not occasional, forced, or simply part of the job. It is who she is. She treats people with respect, remembers her customers, and makes every visit feel special. Employees like Christa are incredibly rare.
