It was late night and I had some free pancakes on my app. I got a FREE appetizer spinning the wheel in the lobby. Service was excellent except the single server was hopping but a bit short handed and waited for a drink refill but not too long.

I came today may 9th day before Mother’s Day with my daughter Ella. This is the first time ever that I’ve been seated within two minutes. Gloria, was our server, she took drinks and food order immediately. The food came under the 10 minutes. Again, I’ve never experienced such a quick, exceptional service! I hope that IHOP is around for a million more years! This is such a family vibe restaurant.. I think what makes a great restaurant special is their servers as they are the ones interacting with the customer. Gloria did an amazing job, and provided excellent service.
