Sierra was an amazing server at IHOP! She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her customer service was excellent, and she made our dining experience even better with her positive attitude and kindness. We really appreciated her service and would definitely love to have her as our server again.

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Natalie! I placed an online delivery order through IHOP, and everything was going normally until my DoorDash driver was already in my neighborhood and I suddenly received a notification that my order had been canceled and I would be refunded. I called the restaurant to find out what happened, and they explained that DoorDash had canceled the order. They told me I could place it again and they would rush it through to help make up for the lost time. I reordered, and they absolutely! It was prepared incredibly fast, and shortly afterward my food was delivered. Then Natalie called me. She explained that she had noticed my first order get made and picked up, then saw it get canceled. She saw my second order come through and had the kitchen make it as quickly as possible, but she was concerned because, from what she could see, nobody had picked that order up. I told her, “But Natalie, I have my food?!” Her immediate concern was that I must have received the original order and that, by then, the food probably wasn't going to be hot or very good anymore. She offered to have my entire order remade, free of charge, so I could pick it up and have fresh, hot food. I was honestly blown away. I can't remember another time a restaurant has proactively called ME because an employee noticed something wasn't adding up with my order and wanted to make sure I was taken care of without me complaining or even asking for anything. As it turned out, the food I received was hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered, so there was no need for her to remake anything. But Natalie didn't know that when she called. She simply saw a potential problem and went completely out of her way to fix it before I ever had the chance to complain. Whatever Natalie’s position is at this location, IHOP needs to recognize her. That level of attention and genuine customer service is incredibly rare. Thank you, Natalie! I hope you get a raise!

I've been going to power Rd I hop for years but haven't been in awhile for me. My visit last week was just as I have always been accustomed to at this location. I had Sierra as server , she's the best , always attentive , gets me refills without me asking and customer service is off the charts.my food I got thesteak fajita omelette and upgraded to specialty cinnamon roll pancakes for a little extra . The meal was super filling , I took half the omelette home and getting a couple of the specialty pancakes which by the way were amazing allowed me to not have FOMO form ordering the pancakes by themselves in the full order. I've been going to this location for years glad to see not much has changed 😄

Me and my kids enjoyed dinner for breakfast at IHOP on Power. First or all, my kiddos were absolutely stoked to have breakfast for dinner but our meal was made exceptional with out server Sierra. She was attentive, friendly, and gave us five-star service. I especially appreciated her hospitality because my girls can be a little much in public and she understood. I recommend IHOP on Power to anyone but our meal was top notch because of Sierra. Thank you, Sierra, you are awesome! 🤩
