My Favorite time of the week to come here , are Saturday nights, the crew and manager here always ALWAYS gives me great service , attitude and hospitality. Never fails to impress me...even for an IHOP. Even when the staff changes, it’s always warm smiles and laughter 🤭. My go to is late night breakfast and their milkshakes 🫶🏼 strawberry to be exact, it’s like they know what a perfect late night breakfast is! Not Only but it’s the perfect place to do my studying for finals and catching up on online work files I have to do before the weekends done. To sum up : great staff , great hours that they are open for (24/7) , amazing breakfast food , calm study setting and the only IHOP that I’m willing to come to on Saturday night.

Our server was Laynie and she took care of us 3 yesterday around noon. She was very polite and even gave us some tips to enjoy some Arizona life since we are still getting our feet wet ( or dry lol) the food was great the service was quick better than what we are use to in New York IHops. Keep up the great service and food. It is definitely getting harder to find a good spot now a days.

I was by the kitchen door, got to see their efficiency. The team was fast, and very attentive. They used words at the kitchen door to let others know of their coming and going to avoid accidents. Also my server Janae was kind, attractive, efficient, and informative. My food was delicious too.

I’ve been going through a lot in my life and it’s been nowhere near easy. Simple things such as knowing my next meal or finding peace throughout this life. I say all that to say, The night staff here is exceptional! Exemplary! I’m not sure the names of the young lady and young man who served me the night of june 9th and june 10th but they were amazing as well. Most of all “Riley”. I’ve known him for a few years now and we used to work together at another ihop. An incredibly hard worker, very poise, very caring and very attentive. When life is a little too hectic or things begin to be too much, A Riley is all you need. Thank you for reminding me there’s still good in the world and thank you for the experience!

Icey was hands down the best server I’ve ever had. I have never met someone in customer service more welcoming, and kind. I had questions and she answered them with patience, and clarity. I will be coming back to this specific location just for icey.

I got there around 6 AM, and I was happy to see the same waitress again. She is wonderful! First off, she asks every customer if they prefer a booth or a table. Most restaurants just take you straight to a booth, but I don't like sitting in booths, so I really appreciate the choice. The last thing she asks before sending in the order is if we want any hot sauce. She is always coming back to check up on us—she is just so wonderful! ​I got the breakfast sampler this time, though I usually order the country-fried steak. Whenever I am in this area, I stop at this place for two reasons: the food and the service.

Had brunch today at this IHOP. Alex took great care of us and was extremely attentive to our needs. Service was fast and the food was delicious. Would come back again!
