Everyone here is great! Solid food, Outstanding service, And really kind servers! The only thing that I never liked is the way The general manager Chris Runs things. Doesn't seem like he treats the staff well.

This is one of my favorite IHop locations. The service is always good (especially Carrie), the food is always fresh and well presented. The staff is always accommodating. One of my biggest pet peeves when eating of is not getting the “experience” that eating out brings. Tip culture has made tips “expected” versus “earned” and the service aspect that is essential to creating that “experience” has been increasingly more difficult to find. This is a huge reason I appreciate the service I receive at this location. I’ve had the pleasure of having Carrie several times and every time gives me the “experience” that I crave for myself and my family.

I have found the IHOP at 1150 N. Higley is a great place to have a very good breakfast at a very reasonable price. The eggs are real not powdered. Everything is fresh and healthy. If you get a chance you should stop by and you will be glad you did.

IHOP isn't just for pancakes, I love their French toast. Our server, Carrie (?), was busy, but friendly, and kept up well with a dinner rush. Great service. Highly recommended.
