I came in to pick up at this IHOP location and was greeted by Victoria who surpassed all my expectations was very customer friendly wanted to help me get the order bagged and out the door as quick as possible as well as helping other guest while attending to my delivery order just wanted to give her her props for a job. Well done if more IHOPs had people or employees like Victoria I believe they would be more profitable. More people would wanna come.

I had good experience thanks to my server Marc. He greeted us to make sure we had a great experience and kept checking on us to see if everything was good. He was polite and respectful. I'll definitely be bringing my family back. We need more servers like him.
