I always love going to this location. The food is always great and the customer service is outstanding. They always make us feel welcome and the temperature in the restaurant was nice and cold which was great on this record setting heat day. Even though I have an IHOP near me I actually drive a little further to go to this IHOP because the service is so much better.

Customer service here is awesome, Esmen, Mari, Claudia and Maria are always willing to help. Gives me the feeling as if I were at their house eating. Mind you I'm just a delivery driver and let me tell you, I always want to dine in when I pick up here. I will bring my family for sure.

Mari was absolutely amazing! She made our whole experience super smooth and enjoyable from the moment we sat down. She made sure we had everything we needed right from the start, so we never had to ask for anything. Even after we told her everything was perfect, she still checked back in to make sure we were doing good, but in a way that felt genuine and never awkward or overbearing. Her energy and positive vibes were awesome, which says a lot considering it was 3 a.m.! She stayed friendly, attentive, and made us feel taken care of the entire time. Manager was super cool. I got to the restaurant after making an online order, I made a mistake, he fixed it, the atmosphere was nice and friendly. Rare for that part of Phoenix/Glendale. If your going to get a short stack from this particular IHOP.. I'm pretty sure AJ and Mari will make it a pleasant visit!!

I'm a server at the COMPETITION, so when I say that Carlos is one of the BEST servers that my family has ever had? You KNOW he was great! The food came out fast and hot, my family was treated with Grace and Respect, he's bilingual, and he quickly granted every request without a moment's delay. What an asset! The country fried steak here is really nice, btw. Great recommendations for things like gravy on the red skinned potatoes. Want an experience like ours? Request Carlos 👍

Today I went out for breakfast with my kids and my Mother. During our time at the restaurant we observed our waitress helping a disabled women. She was assisting her eat and was so patient and careful with her. The waitress was cleaning the women’s mouth after her bites of food. It was the sweetest thing to witness. This waitress went above and beyond to make sure that women had a great meal. Hopefully management will see this and acknowledge what an amazing job she did.
