Food is always very good, and our server Sean is one of our favorites. He is attentive and polite and our order is always correct. Food is consistently good. The only thing inconsistent is the restaurant temperature, some times it’s really cool, but other than that no complaints.

Had a great experience. Our server Ilan was great, she was the one who received us, sat us at our table and took our order. While also greeting other guests, cleaning cleaning tables. She seemed to be a hard worker. The food was good and space was clean

MANAGEMENT PLS READ! i’m a big fan of this IHOP, it’s one of my favorite places to go with my boyfriend, servers are usually so nice and i’ve been a big fan of IHOP my whole life so i love the food. this location is clean and well decorated. i’ve had one iffy experience (this was about a month ago rlly late at night) a cute female server with black hair and bangs took a million years to greet us, like actually 30 minutes 😅 she was so kind but this definitely shouldn’t be acceptable. my boyfriend and me didn’t mind since we weren’t in a rush and everything else was great but at the end of the meal she criticized me paying instead of my boyfriend. we had a nice talk and i genuinely liked her but this is not something any server should do, she has no clue about our lives and that my boyfriend has left his job to study for a huge upcoming job opportunity so he can fully provide for me and i can be a stay at home mom in the future… she has no clue how many expensive bouquets and gifts my boyfriend buys me even though he’s not rich and is only 20 years old. we’re very traditional so her comment did hurt my feelings a little even though she was wrong about our relationship dynamic. it just felt a little belittling to me and my boyfriend. nothing against this server, i don’t wanna see her fired or in trouble, she’s a wonderful girl, but management i think you need to have a talk with this sever about what’s appropriate and what isn’t. i’m a sever myself and i would never allow a customer to sit there as long as we did without service or make a comment about whose paying for the meal. i love this place and definitely don’t wanna see a customer getting mad at the poor girl for her comments or neglect towards customers.

I love this ihop!!!! My servers Sean, Dulce, and Sam are amazing! They always take care of me and always have me leaving with a smile on my face! Love them and love the service and the atmosphere here!!! You can earn points to get free pancakes and other things as well!!! Check out their rewards!

Sunday morning obviously was super busy, but you wouldn't know it based off wait times. Was seated immediately, coffee and water was on the table in about a minute, and the food was perfect and came quickly. Dulce was my server and even with a completely full section, she was at my table asking how things were, do I need anything etc. I have zero complaints about my visit and will be coming here again next time I need my bottomless pancake fix

My family been coming here for 25 years. We have a lot of rush breakfast when our kids are growing up. We love Ihop coz they are so quick to serve, the food is good and there is something for everyone specially, i have a picky eater. And Special mention to Sean ( IHOP) in Paradise Valley , Arizona, our long time server. The BEST server ever! He attends our needs in a lighting fast (time line). He knows by heart, our order and how we like them. He have tons of energy and he makes the place so warmth and full of happiness like “ FAMILY”.
