Amazing time was spent. Mayra was so nice, when my coffee was originally really sweet she fixed it for me and brought me a new one. I really did appreciate the patience and attention to detail she had for my big group.

The food portions were good. The food was tasty. The prices were good; however $5 for coffee was excessive. My only negative was that they serve Pepsi products, not Coca Cola.

Gabriela, Marlene, & Mayra are the absolute best!!! Every time the food, service, and hospitality is an absolute joy. My fiance and I eat here at least monthly and couldn’t rave enough about our favorite spot. Thank you for always taking such great care of us!

I always enjoy my favorite waitress Tania when I come in there and ask for her. She really knows her menu AND substitutions which I do a lot. She remembers me and my repeat orders. Always quick with the drink. Any problems she checks on the problem and doesn't push it aside for later. I love the French fries crispy or the green beans. The fish and shrimp are good too. They don't advertise their mashed potatoes on the menu is my only complaint. I only wish they should have a senior salmon meal like Denny's has. My other wish is that the senior prices be at $15 including the drink. My Social Security take home pay only went up just over 1% after they grab their Part B money. PLEASE lower your prices!!!!! I do love coming in to eat and relax. No one tries to push me out the door!!!.... (update)..... Well I tried to get waited on today. I waited more than 20 minutes...asked the busser to get the server....waited another 5 minutes and left. Another table near me 3 people left before me. I have heard the servers complain that their hours are cut. This does not save money for ihop because customers are leaving. More money lost than saving money. I hope Tania will be there on Wednesday. She is on the ball!!!! Today they needed TWO MORE SERVERS!!!!! This is graduation week. Ihop knew it was going to be packed with customers!!!!! Ihop just doesn't get it!!!!!! Stop trying to "save money" with cutting hours!!!!! ……. (update) Well I am back again to review my other favorite waitress Mayra. She has always been pleasant and cheerful. And very good with knowing the menu and substitutions. She remembers my usual food and drink and also quick on the ball! She and Tania are the ones I always ask for. Usually nice and friendly place except when busy. Once again lower the prices for seniors.

I realy liked this i-hop because my waiter Tracy was really nice, and really kind, and gave us really nice and fast service. So that's why I recomend this I-hop.

My experience was highly satisfactory. I found the manager to be exceptionally attentive, consistently checking on each table and inquiring about our needs. The service was prompt, and our waitress was notably amiable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best IHOP experiences I’ve had in a while! The food was absolutely delicious—everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly how we wanted it. The service made the experience even better. Our waiter, Mayra A, was amazing! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She really went above and beyond and made us feel welcome. Great food, excellent service, and an overall wonderful experience. Definitely coming back!

The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Everything came out great, and the overall atmosphere made the experience even better. A huge shoutout to my waiter, Mayra A, who provided some of the best service I’ve had in a while. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about providing great service, and Mayra definitely went above and beyond. The combination of amazing food and excellent customer service made this one of my favorite IHOP experiences. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Mayra if you want great service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars — Angela is the Gold Standard! If you’re coming to this IHOP, do yourself a favor and ask for Angela. Hands down, she is the single best host and server in the business. From the moment you walk through the door, her warmth and respect make you feel like a VIP at a 5-star Las Vegas resort. What really sets Angela apart is her perfectionism and communication. When guests have specific requests for their food, she actually listens and coordinates with the cooks—and they listen to her! Zero pushback, zero attitude, and no hassle like you get with other waiters elsewhere. Everything comes out exactly how you asked for it. Management/Corporate Take Note: Angela deserves a promotion immediately. She is 100% qualified to be an Assistant Manager and already runs the floor like a total professional. 10/10 service every single time!
