Had a wonderful experience at IHOP! The food was amazing, served fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. The prices were great, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. Manager Miguel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect and that we felt well taken care of. The rest of the team was attentive, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service and Great Vibes! I had a wonderful experience at this IHOP location! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to everything we needed. A huge shoutout to the manager, Miguel—he is absolute professional and so genuinely nice. He runs a tight ship while making sure every single guest feels valued and taken care of. It’s rare to see that level of care and leadership these days. Great food, even better service. We will definitely be back!

Visited on a Monday morning for my usual breakfast and coffee. I knew what to expect from IHOP and there were three tables already occupied and I was dining alone. Seemed to be one waitress and one cook. My service was prompt and breakfast showed up earlier than expected. I had some reports to sign so I, myself, was distracted by the stack of reports and the extremely active waitress remained focused on each table like it was her only table, giving every guest her undivided attention. The food was great as always and her generosity in service and are pleasant demeanor made my paperwork a little bit less stressful. She invited me to stay and finish and made sure I had enough coffee and creamer. I appreciate her very much.

The food and atmosphere is what you would expect, but there was no waiting and they took care of us quickly. What was a nice surprise was their service, it was better than I have experienced at high-end restaurants, and the whole team watched out for each other... top notch!!

I went there for the $6 breakfast but it was $7 :( That's ok, totally worth it. I got the very sizable omelette W/two large pancakes and I'm beyond full. Most importantly, I I have to say that my extremely adorable waitress was totally on point and turned out to be one of those types that go above and beyond. I'm my opinion, that's half of what it takes to make a good restaurant. I never got her name but she's a very pretty brunette and is more than deserving of twice the tip. Check it out this IHOP, worth it.... And a big thank you to my kind waitress, see you next time. ;)

The parking lot is awkward and a bit annoying. We got seated at a booth within minutes of walking in by a very cheery woman. Our server was sweet and patient with my fathers weird and large order. Restaurant easily and kindly accommodated my father's mobility walker. Booth was fairly comfy although the table was in a fixed position and space to slide in wasnt massive so might be difficult for larger bodies. Food came out fast and hot. Relatively clean and tidy. Overall a pleasant experience.
