My family loves coming to IHOP. The food is always delicious, the service is great, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Natalie, the hostess, always has a beautiful smile and makes everyone feel welcome when they come in. All of the servers are friendly and check on us often to make sure we have everything we need. Miguel, the manager, is always welcoming and takes the time to stop by each table to check on customers and make sure everyone is doing well. You can tell he really cares about providing great customer service. Every time I come here, I have a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this IHOP to anyone looking for great food and excellent customer service.

I love coming to IHOP. The service is always excellent, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Natalie, the hostess, always greets guests with a beautiful smile and makes everyone feel welcome as soon as they walk in. The servers are attentive and frequently check on customers to ensure they have everything they need especially JD Miguel, the manager, is always friendly and welcoming. He takes the time to stop by every table to check on customers and make sure they are enjoying their dining experience. His dedication to customer service truly makes a difference.

Stopped by for breakfast today and our server, Vanessa, was fabulous. She was super friendly, checked to see if we needed anything throughout our visit, and provided wonderful customer service. Breakfast was served fast and it was delicious. Miguel, the manager, also stopped by our table to check and see how our experience was going. He was very professional and personable and made us feel welcomed. Great place to have a meal.

I haven’t been to the IHOP in Santa Maria in a few years, but after today’s experience, I’ll definitely be back soon. The restaurant is clean and very well maintained. Our server, Stefani, was absolutely fantastic. She was very warm, friendly and provided excellent customer service. She provided refills without being asked. The food was served fast, hot and was very tasty. The manager, Miguel, stopped by our table to check and see how we were doing and if we needed anything. He was very friendly and personable. It’s nice to see a manager that makes it a point to talk to customers. If you haven’t been in recently, I highly recommend stopping by.

We came to ihop Saturday morning, we had 30 min to get in and out and the staff manager Miguel was so accommodating. And our server Leo was just wonderful. We are regulars, we eat here often. And the food is always delicious and at a great price. Dbest
