We come here often, ok weekly. lol James is the absolute best. Makes you feel like this is your place. Not only to me but to all the patrons. You can hear him all around making us all feel like Norm from cheers. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It’s the highlight of my week.

Amber and I have made this IHOP a tradition every time we travel south from Monument — and every visit, we find ourselves in the same spot with the same server: James. There’s something special about that kind of consistency. We never leave disappointed — only full, well-taken-care-of, and already looking forward to the next trip. James has genuinely become part of our travel tradition, and that’s not something we say lightly. If you’re lucky enough to get him as your server, you’ll understand why. James, we love you — and management, give this man a raise.

Had a really nice breakfast. Everything was exactly as expected. Weighted in the lobby for about 10 minutes to find a seat on a Saturday morning. Not a very long wait and comparison to other restaurants. Simple to read menus. Lots of options from breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Atmosphere is better at this particular location has an open seating area in the middle with foods and tables with chairs. Some nice decorative areas and a mosaic style glass wall. This is the newer location and the staff is very well trained and very attentive to your needs.
