Our server Jackie was amazing! We walked in to a line ... Steven the host was attentive and got to us quickly to get a booth. We almost moved places for a family with a loud crying baby was beside us, but we noticed Jackie was carrying herself like a great server and we were right! She got us drinks quickly and allowed us to get our order together without hassling us. And was able to correctly take it without trouble and letting us know of any upcharges. Food came quick as well and was amazing ! Great experience all in all. Ask for Jackie!!!

Great experience because of Cody. He was welcoming, informative, professional, and fun. We were iHop virgins and he led us to good choices. Food was well prepared. I asked for no onions in my burrito but oh well. Still good! Thanks for a fun first visit Cody!

Wednesday night around 10:30 pm there are about a dozen folks eating. It's fairly quiet but, I have been here before and it was a little noisier. I think Friday and Saturday are more busy at this hour. Anyway, the food is quite good as is the service. Jennifer, was outstanding! And, prices are reasonable. Anyway, this is a solid choice, especially late night.

24/7 yum. One of the best places to eat at in Lexington Kentucky is Lexington IHOP located on 2306 Palumbo Drive, Lexington, KY. First, the service is great! Specifically, Priscilla and Bee run a tight ship ensuring the food is just a delightful as the professional service. Bee especially uses her Southern charm to entertain, all while keeping the table clear and drinks topped off. Second, the food is delicious and promptly prepared. Third, the cooks are accomodating by tweaking your meal to match your preferences such as ordering your buttermilk pancakes with a splash of fresh strawberries. Finally, the best part (imo) the facility is open for dine in service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Thus, if you are craving truck stop fare in the wee hours of the night then you will be pleasantly surprised by this phenomenal IHOP, where dining in is always a pleasure no matter the hour.

It was good. I selected 3 free pancakes courtesy of T-Mobile. They were very friendly and worked to assist me in redeeming my reward which allowed this meal. The waitress was cute and super friendly. Will return.

The servers were not very friendly and not very servicey lol The food was delicious and the atmosphere would have been enjoyable had there not been screaming babies right behind me and my baby so I would give it you know three and a half stars out of five

On May 24, 2026, at 8:00 AM, I visited this establishment. I waited 15 minutes at the check-in booth without being attended to. A queue began to form behind me. After an additional 20 minutes, a waitress informed us that service would be delayed by 10 to 15 minutes due to kitchen capacity. At that time, only two customers were present in the restaurant. Subsequently, many individuals from the queue, including myself, departed. I will not be returning to this location.

My Waitress was Brooklynne and she was amazing! Best waitress I’ve had in years for sure. Usually I dread going to IHOP due to previous bad experiences with bad waiters and service, but Brooklynne completed changed this for me. Nice, genuine, attentive. The only other waitress I could think of that was as good as Brooklynne was Serenity I had once a couple months ago. Both deserve the highest praise for bringing me back to what ihop used to be. A good friendly restaurant, not this soulless place to eat at. I hope in the future, my next experiences are just like the one I had with Brooklynne and Serenity. On top of the 10x better service, the food was great as always :)
