The service is good and the food has been good as well. Only thing to note is this location is can get busy and can have longer wait times as a result. Has parking but can get full when busy.

IHop at 8:30 am was an excellent budget-friendly option for breakfast. My server, Karen, provided the kind of service I appreciate. She was friendly without being overly so, attentive, and helpful. These qualities are becoming increasingly rare in the service industry. Karen’s disposition was the same for all the tables near me. If Karen isn’t at her top salary range she needs her raise. I’ll definitely return.
