We like this location, food is good, quality & quality are best, the best part that I loved is we ordered Pablano Benedict & Pablano omelet, and they substitute us Beef with veggies, with no charge, the server said Beef is expensive then veggies so glad to substitute, liked it when ever we visit Gatlinburg, one stop here is definite, we love it.

Our server was Joevel and my guy was spot on he was attentive but not overly attentive like some waiters and waitresses can be he was friendly and very helpful when it came to menu item questions. Food was great and served in a timely manner will go back here for sure

Katie is an amazing and very attentive server. The kitchen staff is a little slow, but our order was correct and tasted amazing. The DM needs to chill a little and if she’s having an issue with her staff needs to address that issue in private not get short with them on the floor.
