As I entered IHOP, I was greeted by Valencia. She was very courteous, and had a beautiful smile on her face. When she took me to my table, she stated that Jason would be my server. I was so pleased, because I remembered Jason from my last visit, probably about a month ago. Jason provided excellent service, including ensuring that I didn’t need anything. Jason is truly someone that you will find attentive, friendly, and very respectful. His kindness is contagious and inspiring. He is so attentive to each customer’s needs. Over the past year, I have visited IHOP a few times. Obviously, there is a great management team. As I was sitting at my table this morning, I was thinking about how amazing the service was at IHOP. I noticed other servers smiling, and taking the time to greet customers that weren’t even assigned to them. I’m not exaggerating, that over the past year, I feel like I am at a 5- star restaurant. Thank you, Chester IHOP, Valencia, Jason, and management.

Valencia (hostess) is ALWAYS a pleasure. She knows how to roll through a lobby full of guests with ease, and make sure everyone is seated as quickly as possible. Shaniqua (server) was professional, efficient, and had a good personality.

IHOP is a staple in the Chester community and a favorite place for my family. We enjoy dining here about once a week because the service is consistently excellent. Ms. Valencia always greets guests with a warm smile and makes everyone feel welcome. Ms. Shaniqua is an experienced server who ensures orders are accurate and that customers are well taken care of. Ms. Dulce is friendly, efficient, and provides great service as well. I’ve also had who has great customer service. The entire staff is outstanding, and their dedication keeps us coming back. Of course, I also love the pancakes!

Very busy place! Food was served quickly and was tasty. Service is friendly and a bit slow but in their defense, it's very busy, the tables turn quickly. It is a bit loud because it's typically full. I would recommend if you can handle a lot of noise.

Valencia was a wonderful host and a great spirit to see when you enter the restaurant. It was busy but she still had an infectious smile. Iris was a great server. 20 min wait on weekends but Service was fast once seated. The steak omelette was enough for two people!
