They were short staffed employees didn't show up for work. Item I wanted was not available. Though it was still advertised on TV. Coffee was cold.

Had a great breakfast with the family. SO grateful for our waitress, Stephanie!!! She was working her butt off for our family! Grateful because we over heard the other servers complaining the whole time. Stephanie had a smile on her face-even though my mother can be a tad “particular”. Thank u Ihop and thank u Stephanie!!!

We’ve been coming here for a while now, and the main reason we keep coming back is Stephanie. Every time she’s our server, we know we’re going to have a great experience. She’s always friendly, attentive, and makes us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sit down. No matter how busy the restaurant gets, she never misses a beat and always makes sure our drinks are filled, our food is right, and that we have everything we need. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to find someone who remembers people, treats everyone with kindness, and consistently provides such excellent service. The food is always good, but Stephanie is what keeps us coming back. She’s an absolute asset to this restaurant, and we hope management knows how lucky they are to have her!

Michael was an attentive waiter, but the kitchen was slow even though the restaurant was pretty empty. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was tired and worn out.

Took my daughter to IHOP for breakfast this morning and survived the ordeal with morale intact. I ordered the Big Steak Omelet, which arrived looking like it had been forged in the fires of an industrial-age protein refinery. Heavy. Glorious. Enough calories to sustain a medieval siege. My daughter kept it simple with bacon and eggs, the classic “I just want breakfast” strategy. Everything came out hot, fast, and exactly the way it should. But honestly, the real MVP was our waitress Jessica. Friendly, attentive, and somehow able to keep the machinery of the breakfast battlefield running smoothly while half the dining room looked one minor inconvenience away from collapse. Great service makes a bigger difference than people realize, and she absolutely nailed it. Good food, good experience, good morning overall.
