Ashley is an amazing person! I ordered to go a southwest burrito, and she asked if I ate halal as I came to pickup. I do only eat halal, and she immediately noticed on the receipt that it did not say Halal, so she went back and had the order redone. I absolutely love this customer service 100/10. Hope she gets a raise inshaAllah! Food is amazing btw

I visited IHOP Totowa two weeks ago on a Sunday morning. Even though the restaurant was very busy, we didn’t have to wait for a table. The hosts welcomed us warmly and quickly showed us to our seats. Our server was friendly, but I would especially like to recognize the manager who was working that day, Mariany. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming. She recommended the fresh-squeezed orange juice, which was absolutely delicious and so refreshing. She also told us about some pancakes that I hadn’t seen at other IHOP locations—the Matcha Pistachio Pancakes and the Dubai Chocolate Pancakes. We decided to order them, and they were amazing! Thank you, Mariany, for making our breakfast such a wonderful experience. Your kindness, attention to detail, and excellent recommendations made our visit truly memorable. We will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you, IHOP Totowa!

I must say from all the IHOP's around Clifton, Nutley, Bloomfield, Union City, this one in Totowa is hands down the best one. Server Alexa was amazing the food came out fresh and hot. I would have taken pictures but it was all gone. Coffee fresh atmosphere nice.

In my opinion, the best IHOP you can go to in New Jersey. Amazing food options including Halal menu items that are worth every penny. The staff loves to take care of any issues and concerns that may come up to make sure that your experience is always the best it can be. Especially thankful to the managers Jonathan and Sara for take extremely good care of my party and I, one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. If you’re thinking of visiting an IHOP, I would make the trip to Totowa just to go to this one.

Food is delicious our Server Ashley was a great person we had our 1 year old daughter with us and Ashley was so understanding made our visit so much more enjoyable Ashley Recommended the right choice of everything when I asked her and she was right I really believe Ashley was sent that day to our table for a reason and when my daughter started crying she made sure I was ok told me dont worry about the mess. She’s sweet and had the best personality people person and I’ll always remember. Thank so much Ashley.
