I wanna say thank you to Alexis for the impeccable service that she provided for me today. I came in a it was busy but right away Alexis helped me out as soon as she finished with the table she always helping out. I wasn’t waiting for to long. She sat me down let me know about new dishes that came out and always made sure I had everything I needed while I was having my dinner. I had a good experience at this Ihop

I went in the evening and Alexis helped me out she attended my right away I didn’t have wait long. The food was amazing and the service that Alexis Provided was amazing always attentive and making sure that I always had something to drink. Her service was on point and the best service I have had way better than the other restaurant

Thomas is the manager, he is allways. Friendly he seats me sometimes, knows my favorite booth, will try to put me there if possible, is allways helping the wait staff if possible. I’ve raised my Grand Kids here, have been a regular Customer for 15 yrs. The wait staff are exemplary professionals, check in allways to attend to our needs. The food is great.

I work with a person with physical disabilities and I was waiting for him to come out of the bathroom. While I was waiting; t? two ladies walked in and stood waiting for a seat for a few moments before they finally sat down and waited for nearly 10 minutes for someone to come and greet them. Also, another gentleman came in to pick up his food and waited and no one came to see the two ladies nor to give the gentleman his food. Darren came up and asked if he could help, and I said "yes, this man's waiting to pick up food and these ladies are waiting to just be seated and they've waited over 10 minutes now, and I have a gentleman in the bathroom that is asking for a male to open the door to let him out of the bathroom". Darren quickly, very politely and with super kindness helped all three situations immediately. I don't believe that his job had anything to do with any of those situations, but he went above and beyond and did it all with a smile on his face and he should be recognized for this. This guy is amazing. Thank you Darren

Our first visit in an IHOP and we absolutely loved it! Everything was more than delicious and the staff was super helpful and friendly. When we explained we’re from Poland and on our honeymoon we even got a free dessert as a gift. Greetings to the whole staff!

We enjoyed our meal. My husband and I had the same meal, two eggs over medium, two pancakes, hash browns (too oily), bacon (for him), sausage (for me), and coffee. Hayley was our server. She was pleasant and quick to respond to what we needed. The manager, Thomas stopped at our table and we had a nice conversation with him. We had a very nice experience.

Our food was great, as usual, as well as the service. Thomas was a delight to watch as he continuously walked around greeting and checking on customers needs, and even entertaining kids with napkins folded into airplanes. We'll be back! Bethany was great
